No person under the age of 18 may register or transact on this platform. dmc5 may request a National ID card or other government-issued document to verify age when necessary, and reserves the right to suspend any account with incomplete or unverifiable information.
When creating an account on dmc5, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each person may hold only one account; creating multiple accounts is a clear breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being terminated. Keeping your password and login credentials strictly confidential is your own responsibility.
You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account, even if a third party accesses it without your permission. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the dmc5 support team immediately. To mitigate security risks, dmc5 may request identity verification at any time.
By using the dmc5 platform, you agree not to engage in any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activities. Attempting to damage the platform's technology or systems, operating an account through automated bots or software, and unauthorized collection of other users' data are all strictly prohibited.
Using dmc5 for money laundering or transactions involving funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited; any such activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. All platform features are for personal entertainment purposes only — resale or use on behalf of third parties for commercial gain is not permitted. dmc5 reserves the right to terminate any account without notice in the event of a policy violation.
All financial transactions on the dmc5 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a mobile banking or bank account registered in your own name; transactions through third parties are not accepted. Minimum and maximum limits apply to each transaction and are subject to change from time to time.
Withdrawal requests may take a set amount of time to process and will not be completed without a verified account. Any bonus or promotional funds must meet the applicable conditions before they can be withdrawn. If a transaction is delayed due to a technical error or banking issue, dmc5 commits to resolving it as quickly as possible; however, dmc5 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment gateways.

The dmc5 platform provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees of suitability for any particular purpose. dmc5 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device problems, or third-party service failures. Any financial losses incurred through betting or gaming based on a user's own decisions are entirely the user's own responsibility.
All content on the dmc5 platform — including logos, designs, software, game interfaces, text, and multimedia — is protected under intellectual property law. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content without dmc5's written permission is strictly prohibited. Any infringement of intellectual property rights will be addressed in accordance with applicable law.
The dmc5 platform may include third-party services or links. dmc5 makes no guarantees regarding the content, policies, or quality of such third-party services and will not be held liable for any damages arising from them.
Dmc5 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances: breach of terms, provision of false information, operating multiple accounts, suspicious financial activity, or a directive from law enforcement. Users will generally be notified before an account is closed; however, immediate action may be taken in cases of serious violations.
If an account is closed, any legitimate balance remaining will be returned after verification is complete; however, bonuses or unearned rewards may be forfeited in cases of terms violations. Users may also request account closure at any time, in which case the applicable verification process must be followed. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and jurisdiction of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be resolved through the relevant authorities.
